Greek Columnar Basil: Add some fun and flavor to your garden with Basil Greek Columnar, an herb from India that's perfect for both cooking and decoration. Its green leaves have a hint of cinnamon and are great for sauces, meats, soups, salads, and garnishes. This plant's unique upright growth reaches heights of 24-36 inches, but only takes up 9-12 inches of garden or pot space. You'll have plenty of Basil for all your culinary needs, without the hassle of pesky flowers taking over. Plus, its low-maintenance nature makes it a stylish addition to borders and containers, thriving in sun or partial shade with regular watering.

Purple Basil: One of my favorites! A good, all around basil, medium size (about 24-36" tall) but also makes for a great ornamental plant due to it's deep purple color.

Cilantro: The best fresh addition to your Mexican foods, especially pico de gallo and salsa.  Let it go to seed for corriander.

Goodwin Creek Lavender: Get ready for a plant that's totally chill and easygoing! With a semi-open to dense growth habit, sage-green to grey leaves and an overall silvery look, this Herb is all about low maintenance vibes. Its stems can reach up to a foot long, with an additional 4-5 inches of gorgeous spikes. Not only does this plant look great in your yard, on your porch or in a sunny window, it also boasts the ability to bloom almost year round indoors during the winter months. Just make sure it gets at least 5 hours of sunlight per day - a south facing window, sun room or sun porch will do the trick. And if you really want to show off, try training it as a topiary.

Lemon Balm: With its fragrant lemon-scented leaves, lemon balm adds a refreshing touch to cooking, tea brewing, and aromatherapy. Its calming aroma and flavor make it a versatile herb.

Lemongrass:  Elevate your culinary creations with the zesty flavors of lemon grass. This variety boasts high levels of citral and geraniol, perfect for soups, curries, teas, and even as an essential oil for flavorings, perfumes, and insect repellent.

Greek Oregano:Get ready to elevate your cooking game with Greek oregano! With its strong aroma and spicy flavor, this herb is perfect for adding a kick to your homemade pizzas, tomato sauces, soups, and more. Plus, its medicinal properties make it a must-have in any kitchen.

Arp Rosemary: A variety with one of the strongest fragrance with the best cold tolerance and widest adaptability range. Its tall stature and swift growth make it perfect for creating a fragrant, evergreen border or hedge. The pale blue flowers bloom in mid-spring and attract pollinators. Plus, it's naturally resistant to deer and can withstand drought once it's established.  Plant in a large pot that you can bring inside for the winter, and bring it back out to your garden in the springtime. Or, cover/insulate extremely well in late fall.

Tuscan Blue Rosemary: Fast growing rosemary with thick stems, and a favorite variety of many chefs.  Can reach heights over 7 feet tall!  This plant produces tons of flowers, and is commonly pruned into topiaries. Must be brought inside in the winter, not cold hardy.

Common English Thyme: This special blend is perfect for adding flavor to your meat, fish, soup, and veggies. It's not just full-bodied, but also more cold-resistant than other thyme varieties.
