Pastured, Free Range Turkey (Half)

We have free range, raised on the pasture, turkey available!  All of our poultry feed is locally grown (within 45ish miles of us), locally milled from Synergy Co-op in Ashland, Wisconsin.  Like our chicken, these are processed at a USDA inspected facility.  We know that pasture raised turkeys are usually larger than conventionally raised, so we have them packaged as either whole birds or ½ birds, to accommodate a variety of people. This is for a ½ bird, roughly 5-8 lbs, whole birds can be purchased here.

Turkeys will be processed on Thursday, 11/17, and available to pick up Friday afternoon & evening 11/18 (or other times by appointment.) They will be FRESH, never frozen!
